Submit Your Work
Please fill out the appropriate contracts. Be aware that separate works each require separate contracts, and there is no limit as to how many you can use. If you are submitting an music CD with 10 tracks, however, you may use only one contract, but be sure to list all the songs on it.
Checklist for your Submission:
Your envelope should contain the following information:
1 Contract- most important. If you were directed to us by someone else, and have affirmed your connection to that individual, it is suggested that you also include the other contract as well because it will simplify our work and prevent you from losing one of the contracts. 2. CD- Which should contain:
A. Your Book, Movie, or Music Track. Please convert the music tracks into MP3s.
B. The Artwork which you want associated with your piece: please do not used copyrighted artwork because we will not be able to use it. Use only work that is yours, or that you have permission to use.
C. Questionnaire (see below):

Keep In Mind
As it is a legal contract, please read it through carefully, and be aware that you must be at leat 18 years old to sign on your own.
These contracts are exclusive, so please do not fill one out if you are already signed to another company. Be as accurate as possible in your personal information, as we will be relying on it later when it is time to pay you.
Make a CD of your work. We ask that you proof read all your written material, and make sure all your visual or auditory material is of the best quality. Please convert your music in MP3s before you submit it to us.
Also include any artwork that you would like associated with your band (please be appropriate).
