Founded in March 2008 by Patrick Arenson, then a high school senior and aspiring author, NewtonLocke.com is the internet's premiere site for undiscovered talent.
After hearing countless stories from other aspiring authors who were trying to make it into the book industry, Patrick sought to create a method to publish works that would eliminate the middleman, and thus founded three principles that describe who we are: all submissions would be accepted, we would try to offer the highest royalities possible, and we would be one of the most accessible companies for our artists.
From its inception, NewtonLocke.com has been focused on providing as many opportunities as possible. We introduced the Artist Representative Program, enabling regular people to become our talent scouts, and the Odds and Ends Program, which is a concierge service that handles any service necessary, intended to help create jobs for college students and other out of work individuals.
As of 2009, NewtonLocke.com has begun selling College Care Packages in an effort to finance new ventures. We continue to grow in the hope that several years down the line, we can become to go-to site for current and cutting edge music, movies and more.
